Default College entrance exams???

I heard people with disabilities can take assessment tests on a computer, without having to take the SAT. Maybe I misunderstood. I'm not sure. But.. is there any type of test, a person WITH a disability, can take, which will still be considered a college entrance exam?? Besides having to take the SAT/ACT? Is there anyway the SAT/ACT test can somehow be waived--or by any chance, another test could be given?

I would think that the test is there to find out how far you actually are in your education level. So that they can better serve you in what you are trying to achieve.at least that's my opinion
