Think back to things you have done in your life. Some things maybe closely related to the school/subject, and some things not. Try to think of lessons, accomplishments, failures, friends, places, ...Then, try to think of some common thread for an introduction and closing.Then, write. Be yourself. If it fits in with what the school is looking for, it will help. If it doesn't fit, it won't help.
