I met a really nice girl from Spain

Hello at all culture and language interested out there! I just got back from my English course Malta and wanted to share some of my experiences of such an enriching adventure! Not just that through intensive training like this one can really improve his or her language skills, it is also a perfect way to get to know a different culture and learn about other people and countries. Malta is amazing! The Maltese Islands have been described as one big open-air museum. What makes them unique is that so much of their past is still visible today. Wherever you go, the Islands' scenery and architecture provide a spectacular backdrop. A perfect scenery to learn a language! Has anyone experienced something similar? It is so beautiful!

This was not my first language course and after only positive associations connected with my previous two classes it won’t be my last! Last year I spent four weeks in Spain for a curso inglés Madrid. Madrid is one of the greenest capitals in the world, with the second largest amount of trees per capita. It also is one of the sunniest European cities and offers a vibrant cultural life -- Flamenco, independent cinema, musicals, opera or theatre can all be enjoyed in this city. Spending time in this vibrating city while learning a foreign language was great!

Now I’m already planning my next English course abroad! I met a really nice girl from Spain and we are thinking of doing cursos de ingles en Irlanda (as my friend would say) next year! Has anyone any experiences with that and can give us some tips concerning this topic? Until now we only know that Ireland has a rich cultural heritage with its own distinctive language (Gaelic), music, culture, sports and a worldwide reputation for hospitality. Therefore we would love to get to know this friendly island country. Also we heard that Ireland has a young vibrant population, with 40% of the population under the age of 25. So Ireland seems to be one of the most exciting places in the world to be a student.
