I'm not sure that is what it is called, but you can get college credit for work experience in the same field.It is up to each institution how much credit they will give.You need to document you work experience, any non callege classes in the field, and any CLEP test on forms provided by the institution, and they will evaluate it and determine the amount of credit if any they will award.
