Default online degree vs

on-campus degree? I have considered doing online courses through a distance learning school as for one, the area I wish to study is not offered in my area and for two, being a wife and a mother as well as a full time employee, attending classes is not convenient for me at this time. How do employers look at that though? Is it comparative?

As long as you have that degree in hand, it doesn't really matter. It especially doesn't matter if it is a degree from a major university (like Arizona university, or something). Employers just look at the degree, not the grades or how you got it.

Online degrees are a good way to go if you are in the situation you are in. I went the campus route however, that was right out of H.S. I want to pursue my Masters and it will be online. The main thing you must look when choosing a university is if that university is accredited or not. If not don't bother. Make sure the university's college has an accrediation in whatever discipline you seek. PHX University is the most popular however, it does cost more. There are others out there just research their accrediation and "popularity". It has been my experience that the more recognized the better when seeking employment.
