to college? i.e. UCSC to UPENN1. How do you know if the credit is transferrable?2. Where do you look for transferable credit info online?3. Info about transfering colleges - in general
Every college is different regarding what they will allow to be transferred. Some will only allow a curtain amount of credits to transfer. Some will only allow curtain classes to transfer. You have to email an ad visor at the school you want to transfer to or make an appointment. It will take more then a day to find out because they need a copy of your transcripts. (sometime you can fax your transcripts instead of having the school your attending now mail them. Ask!) Good luck!
Why would you leave CA to go somewhere cold anyway??? Seriously though, you need to send transcripts to the new college's counseling dept. to see what will transfer because each school is different. If you transfer within CA you can use the ASSIST website http://www.assist.org/web-assist/welcome.html to see what can be used. See, it's so much easier to stay in California.
